PawPDF exists to make everyday PDF tasks easy and private, and feedback from the people who use it is how it keeps improving. Messages we always welcome include:
We try to reply to every genuine message, usually within a few business days. PawPDF is a free project, so we cannot offer guaranteed or instant support, but we do read everything. Including a few details helps us help you: which tool you were using, the browser and device you were on, roughly how large the PDF was, and the exact steps that led to the issue.
Because PawPDF processes files entirely on your device, your documents never reach us during normal use, and we want to keep it that way. Please do not attach sensitive PDFs such as ID cards, contracts, or financial statements to a support email. If you need to demonstrate a bug, describe it in words, or create a throwaway sample document that contains no real personal information. We can almost always diagnose an issue from a clear description alone.
